Mental Health

Hypnotherapy can be a beneficial treatment for a number of issues from anxiety to a complex trauma.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) explains that “hypnotherapy can help people who are ready to explore ways of freeing themselves from anxiety and ready to live a fulfilled and happy life”.

Hypnotherapy is a non-invasive treatment, we will discover and assess the root cause of your issue and then work together to reach your desired outcome.

Hypnosis will only work if you are ready to make changes, are you ready to be hypnotised?

Symptoms of Three of the Most Common Issues

People may experience some form of Anxiety, Stress, Depression or Insomnia at various stages in their lives.  If you have been experiencing any of the symptoms described below for a sustained period of time it would be beneficial to speak with your GP.
