What to expect…

It is important to understand that they must want to change, just because you as a parent or carer want them to change their problem, behaviour or issue we cannot make them change it if they don’t want to or are not ready to.

Hypnotherapy cannot make anyone do something they do not want to do, even children.

A parent (guardian or carer) should be present in the room for the first session. Subsequent sessions, depending on age or issue being treated, may require the parent to be in the room or at least on the premises.
